Autonomy bars show the default level at launch. Each client sets its own levels in Addo Control.

People in the loop

Every agent starts in assist mode, beside the team that owns the work.

Anatomy of an agent

Five parts, tested together.

Every Addo agent is built from the same components. That is why we can configure one in weeks and why each one can be audited the same way.

Perceive

Reads documents, screens, messages and records, and links them to Addo Context.

Reason

Plans the steps, applies your business rules and checks what it does not know.

Act

Calls APIs or operates software screens to complete the task.

Check

Verifies its own output, then asks a person when policy or confidence requires it.

Learn

Records the outcome and any correction for Addo Learn.

Autonomy ladder

Agents earn autonomy one level at a time.

An agent moves up only when its measured accuracy on your cases passes the threshold you set. It can move back down at any time.

Assist

The agent prepares the work: a drafted reply, a filled form, a recommended decision. A person reviews and submits.

Approve

The agent completes routine cases on its own and sends exceptions, high values and low-confidence cases for approval.

Autonomous

The agent handles the full workflow within policy. People audit samples and handle the cases it escalates.
